HAMBURG — Hilbert College has announced that it will not increase its tuition and fees for the 2014 – 2015 academic year. This is applicable across all areas: undergraduate, graduate and accelerated degree programs.
The college will also increase its financial aid budget for the 2014 – 2015 academic year, providing support for nearly $500,000 in additional scholarship aid to Hilbert students. Room and board will have increases for the next year.
Overall, room and board together will increase by approximately 2.7 percent.
“At Hilbert, we are constantly striving to make every effort to keep college education affordable for our students,” Hilbert President Cynthia Zane said. “We are pleased that our board of trustees has approved this proposal to keep our tuition and fees flat, for the next academic year. It is a testament to our institution’s focus on keeping costs down, while improving completion and student success rates, and offering life-changing educational opportunities.”
Hilbert College, located in Hamburg, is a private four-year school founded in 1957 in the Catholic Franciscan tradition.
