HAMBURG — Western New Yorkers may “fall” for a new book or new author, when the Lake Erie Seaway Trail Visitors Center hosts its “Fall” Into a Book Author Fair.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28 at the center, located at 4968 Lake Shore Road in Hamburg. Authors of a variety of genres will be in attendance to sign their books, conduct book readings and book talks, and host children’s activities.
This year’s fair will see the following authors in attendance: Anthony Antek, Edward Averett, Charles Benoit, Nancy Best, Cliff Fazzolari, Rob Gallitto, Pam Logan, Jeanne Selander Miller, Tim O’Shei, Mark Privateer, Cheryl Pula, Jeff Schober, Tim Shaw, David Smeltz, Alison Smith, Kevin Sylvester and Gary and Justin VanRiper.

The stated mission of the Lake Erie Seaway Trail Visitor’s Center is to serve the public interest by providing traveling information and services, promote tourism of the Buffalo Niagara region and to offer a multi-purpose community resource to residents of Western New York.
The visitor’s center is a multi-use facility with information promoting the region’s assets, as well as the entire Seaway Trail, which extends 400 miles along the coastline. There is also a conference room that may be rented.
