The Brant-Evans Citizens for Responsible Choices and Lake Shore Central Middle School would like to announce the February Citizens of the Month.
These students are being honored for being good citizens in their school and community.
Cole Wishman
COLE WISHMANCole Mitchell Wishman is the son of Shawn and Barbara Wishman of Derby. He is a sixth-grader and is a CRC Citizen of the Month for February.
In school, Wishman’s favorite class is math. He is a member of the Community Service and Volunteerism organization.
Outside of school he likes to play basketball with the Little Cagers and plays first and third base for Evans Youth Baseball. He enjoys playing volleyball and hanging out with his friends. He also likes to bake, take trips and spend time with his family.
Wishman’s future goal is to go to college and to be an investigative law enforcement officer, like NCIS.
His favorite things in the world is his family and baking.
The character trait he believes is the most important for continuing success is determination
“If I get a bad grade in something, I know I need to work harder and I’m determined to do better,” Wishman said.
Kobie White
ZAC WILSONZac Wilson is the son of John and Debi Wilson of Angola. He is a seventh-grader and is a CRC Citizen of the Month for February.
In school, Wilson’s favorite subject in school is science. He plays the violin and is a member of the school orchestra and chorus. He is also in the Drama Club and the Community Service and Volunteerism organization.
Outside of school he likes to play the guitar and snowboard with his friends in the winter and ride his bike during the warmer months. He also reads a lot.
White is a member of the Boy Scouts and participates in several community-wide volunteer activities.
His future goal is to go to college, majoring in science and ultimately working in the field of particle physics.
Wilson said that his favorite things in the world is his family and playing his violin.
The character trait he believes is most important for continuing success is trustworthy.
“If nobody trusts you, it is hard to succeed,” Wilson said.
Kobie White
KOBIE WHITEKobie White is the son of Jonathan White and Adrienne Elliot of Gowanda. He is an eighth-grader and is a CRC Citizen of the Month for February.
In school, White’s favorite class in school is science and he used to perform in the school chorus.
Outside of school he likes to spend time playing with his little brother and hang out with his friends. He also enjoys drawing and likes astronomy.
White’s future goal is to go college and be an architect.
His favorite things in the world is his family and drawing.
The character trait he believes is most important for continuing success is kindness.
“Being kind to others builds respect and trustfulness,” White said.
