Nosky’s contributions help golf course enjoy another great seasonEditor, The Sun
The 2012 Eighteen Mile Creek Golf Course season is winding down with another successful and memorable year. Western New York’s weather was hot, beautiful and conducive to great conditions at the course.
Those whose participation with season passes, weekly men and women’s golf leagues and those who just want to experience a challenge will attest to how well the facilities were run.
Kudo’s to Mary Nosky, who is the main vendor for the snack bar. At the course, she is a tireless employee who personally purchases, plans and sets up buffets, spreads of food and beverage before and after tournaments taking place throughout the season.
Most people are unaware of the time and effort she puts into these events.
Mary often puts in seven days a week, 12 hour days to achieve the means to an end.
Her personality and familiarity is what makes this successful.
The course, with its beautiful view and groundskeeping, maintenance crew and pro shops make this one of Hamburg’s great recreational areas to relax, socialize and challenge their golf skills. Thank you from Hamburg residents.
