Mr and Mrs. William Stetler, Jr
.65th anniversary celebrated
Mr. and Mrs. William Stetler, Jr., of Massillon, Ohio, formerly of Hamburg, recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with members of their family and friends.
Mr. Stetler and the former Janice Knoche were married at St. James United Church of Christ on Dec. 27, 1947.
Mr. Stetler is the retired president and CEO of the JC Brock Corporation. The couple, both Hamburg High School graduates, operated Bonnie Lane Farms, (named after their daughter) located where Bonnie Lane now is, off Gowanda State Road in Water Valley.
The couple have two children, Bonnie (Dennis) Ayer and William (Maureen) Stetler, III; four grandchildren, Dr. Christopher (Angie) Stetler, Rev. Eric (Kerri) Stetler, Rachel (Gabe) Tudor and Damon (Leslie) Ayer and 12 great-grandchildren.
Now living in Ohio, they spend the summers at Chautauqua.Joseph Puleo and Michelle SirolliEngagement announced
Joseph and Donna Lewandowski of Springhill, Fla., formerly of North Collins, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle Sirolli, to Joseph Puleo, the son of Sandy Puleo of Hamburg.
The bride-to-be is a 1996 graduate of North Collins High School and has a nursing degree. She is a nurse at Maxim Healthcare and Lakewood Healthcare Center.
The groom-to-be is a 1994 graduate of Frontier High School. He is employed for the Erie County Sheriff Department as an deputy in the Jail Management Division.
The couple is planning an October 2013 wedding at Blessed John Paul II Parish.
