Twin Lakes Homes, a custom home-building company located in Yorkshire, will present models of its modular housing options, during the Home and Garden Exposition held Feb. 7 – 10 at the Hamburg Fairgrounds Event Center.
This will be the fourth year Twin Lakes Homes showcases at this show. Attendees can expect to see a full-sized model of this year’s featured home.
Twin Lakes Homes works to build modular housing in the buyer’s creative taste. After choosing a floor plan, modular home buyers can decide on an original combination of available designs, to create their dream houses.
The featured home at the exposition, this year, will be a 1,380 square foot, modular house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and many other details.
Jennifer Hoffman of Twin Lakes Homes explained that Southtown Audio Video, Countryside Stove and Chimney, EcoloIonex, Inside/Out Casual Furniture and Hamburg Overhead Door are some of the other local businesses that will be contributing to the model home, at the exposition.
Twin Lakes Homes representatives said that being able to produce custom homes within approximately 2 months allows the company to develop a science, when it comes to manufacturing modular housing. Those looking to build a green home will not have to sacrifice their values, when designing a modular home with Twin Lakes, according to Hoffman.
In addition to showing a full-size model at the Home and Garden Exposition, Twin Lakes Homes has 10 homes on display at 11958 Route 16, in Yorkshire. An open house will be held, on location, April 12 – 14.
The exposition is available for all individuals looking to build or buy a home, or for people who already own a home. Representatives from Twin Lakes Homes and many other home-related companies will be present, to answer questions and showcase what they have to offer prospective customers.
Tickets for the WNY Home and Garden Exposition may be purchased online, at a reduced rate, at www.homegardenexpos.com. Tickets can also be purchased at the door. Children enter the event free of charge.
