HAMBURG — Metro Group Inc announces the release of two new free community newspapers the Orchard Park & East Aurora SUN and the West Seneca & Elma SUN. These two weekly community newspapers will focus on hyper local content pertaining to local news, government, high school activities, sports and events throughout the neighborhoods of Orchard Park, East Aurora, West Seneca and Elma. These two free community newspapers will be home delivered every Saturday starting Oct. 19. In addition to home delivery, Metro group will be offering bulk distribution in select locations throughout these communities.
Metro Group will have reporters immersed in each of the communities reaching out to community leaders and organizations. These SUN reporters will be an effective resource and communication tool for local businesses, organizations and schools. The Sun reporters are interested in hearing from the communities to learn what matters most to them and their families on a weekly basis. These SUN newspapers will have the look and feel of their sister paper The SUN of Hamburg.
Each SUN newspaper will have its own dedicated web site and facebook fan pages. This is in effort to make these newspapers easy to access and allows reporters the ability to respond in real time. Metro Group’s Marketing Manager, Sandra Nichols encourages the community to visit these local web sites: www.OrchardParkSun.com
and interact with our news team on our facebook fan pages at: www.facebook.com/Orchard ParkSUN
and/or www.facebook.com/West SenecaSUN
. The SUN’s websites will be available starting Saturday, Oct. 19.
