A benefit will be held April 6, to help defray medical and handicap accessibility costs for Lee and Rose Rosselli.
The Rossellis were involved in serious motorcycle accident on Oct. 25, on South Transit Road, when an SUV turned in front of them.
Their injuries are extensive; with each having undergone at least 10 surgeries since the accident. Lee lost his left leg, broke his back, femur and shoulder. Rose suffered serious head trauma, a broken leg and multiple broken bones in her face.
They still both remain at ECMC, undergoing rehabilitation, more than 5 months after the accident.
Their home must have extensive, costly renovations in order to accommodate their new, limited mobility status.
The benefit will be held from 4 to 10 p.m. at the South Lockport Fire Company, 5309 Ernest Road.
Dinner will be served at 5 p.m., with pop and beer provided.
There will be gift baskets, 50/50 split and other events. Jonsie and the Cruisers will entertain during the event.
Tickets are $20 presale and $$25 at the door.
Presale tickets are available from Matt at 341-0463 or Sophia at 310-4466.
