HAMBURG — The Immaculata Academy Board of Trustees recently named Peter Burns, Ronald Schlegel and Sharon Ross as members.
Burns currently serves as the vice president for enrollment management at Hilbert College. His role at the college encompasses admissions, financial aid, retention, marketing, campus housing, student activities, counseling and judicial affairs.
He is a graduate of Northeastern University and has done graduate work at Goddard College, Rivier College, Notre Dame College and, most recently, Saint Bonaventure University.
He is a member of the marketing committee at Immaculata Academy. He is married and lives in Williamsville.
Ross is the student affairs coordinator at D’Youville College, where she has also served as a project coordinator, an instructor and presenter and a financial aid counselor. She is on the Middle States Accreditation, Leadership and Governance Committee and the Admission, Progression and Retention Committee at D’Youville College and has been active with Hunter’s Hope for the past seven years.
She is a member of the institutional advancement and the board development committees at the academy. She is an alumna of Immaculata Academy and lives in Hamburg.
Schlegel is the president of Raymond E. Kelley Inc. in Bowmansville, an exterior masonry restoration and maintenance company, and has worked on projects such as Kaleida Health Systems, Erie Community College City Campus, M&T Corporate Headquarters and St. Paul’s Cathedral.
He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo. He studied construction technology at Erie Community College and business management at Canisius College.
He is a member of the buildings and grounds committee at Immaculata Academy. He lives in Lancaster with his wife of 31 years and their three children.
