HAMBURG — Evans Bank has announced two new vice presidents, David Lulas and Nicholas Alberalla, both commercial loan officers.
Lulas joined Evans in June of 2008 as a credit analyst and was promoted to credit manager in 2010. He became a member of the Commercial Lending Team in 2011. He was recently awarded the Evans 2013 Circle of Excellence Award for exceeding his annual loan production goals.
He formerly served as a senior credit analyst with Five Star Bank. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Bonaventure University.
Alberalla joined Evans in December as commercial loan officer, focusing on business development throughout the branch network.
He has previously served as a small business banker at First Niagara Bank and he spent 12 years with Key Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York College at Buffalo and will earn his Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Bonaventure University, later this year.
“Both Dave and Nick are exemplary leaders and contributors to our commercial lending team,” said John Eagleton, chief lending officer. “They are integral to our success, as we continue to diversify and grow our lending portfolio.”
Lulas is a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and serves on its board of crusade against drunk driving. He and his family live in North Collins.
Alberalla serves as treasurer for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western New York and is a member of the Rotary Club of Buffalo. He and his family live in Orchard Park.
