Town of Hamburg Police have suspect in custody on credit card theft

Town of Hamburg Police now have this man in custody in connection with the theft and subsequent use of a credit card from ECC South Campus.

The Town of Hamburg Police Department is investigating the theft of a credit card from the ECC South Campus on Aug. 18 and now have a suspect in custody.

The individual pictured is also a suspect in at least one other credit card theft in Hamburg.

According to police, the investigation is continuing and charges are pending.
