HAMBURG — Skits were recently performed by students in each grade level at Armor Elementary School, during a pep rally with a stated goal of promoting kindness and rules of positivism from the book “The Energy Bus.”

During the rally, Interim Superintendent Rick Jetter told students that every day should be “kindness day.”

The superintendent asked the students to always help others, whenever they have the opportunity.

All Hamburg schools hosted anti-bullying activities, during a recent “create a culture of kindness” celebration. Included were presentations by bullying prevention speaker Dr. Sameer Hinduja.
