Kevin T. Rychlik A memorial service was held Sunday, June 16 with a funeral service at the Lakeside Memorial Funeral Home for Kevin T. Rychlik, of Eden who died Thursday, June 13, 2013. He is survived by his mother, Susan (Mach) Ochal; siblings, David (Yvonne) Rychlik, Kendra Ochal; grandparents, Henry and Dolores “Dolly” Mach; niece and nephew, Cole and Allyson; aunts and uncles, Peggy (Chuck) Vacanti and Hank (Debbie) Mach; also by many cousins and friends. Mr. Rychlik was predeceased by his father, Eugene Rychlik and grandparents, Stanley and Louise Rychlik. Arrangements by the Lakeside Memorial Funeral Home.
Margaret Hennessy A Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday (June 8) at SS Peter and Paul Church for Margaret (Finn) Hennessy, 89, of Hamburg who died Tuesday, June 4, 2013. She is survived by her children, Margaret Hine, Michael and Thomas Hennessy, Kathleen (William) Kirst; grandchildren, Kerry and Sean (Lisa) Hine, and Connor Kirst. Mrs. Hennessy was predeceased by her husband, Michael Hennessy; and her daughter Joan Hennessy. Memorials can be made to Hospice. Final resting place SS Peter and Paul Cemetery. Carl D. Wynn Services were held Monday (June 17) at the Donald M. Demmerley Funeral Home for Carl D. Wynn, 80, of Blasdell who died Friday, June 14, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Carole (Morlock); children, Wendy (Woody) Benzin, Cindy (Dave) Kerker, Sandy (Doug) Vincent and Laurie (Chris) Mondoux; grandchildren, Andy, Peter and Samantha Benzin, David, Bryon and Katie Kerker, Jake and Sara Vincent. Carrie F. Walczak A Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday (June 17) at SS. Peter & Paul Church for Carrie F. Walczak, 96, of Hamburg who died Friday, June 14, 2013. She is survived by her siblings, Amelia (late Jack) Oneill, Clara and Thomas (late Dorothy) Walczak; also by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Victoria Walczak. Lorraine Gaise Partyka There will be a grave site memorial service Monday, July 8 at 1 p.m. for Lorraine Gaise (Lindholm) Partyka , of Tucson, Az. (formerly of Hamburg), who passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2013. She is survived by her children, Sharon (late Jerry) Wasmund and Dennis (Karen) Lindholm; grandchildren, Cheryl (Joey) Press, David (Michelle) Wasmund, Kolleen (Kurt) Suesser, Denise (Tom) Pfeffer, and Ryan Lindholm; great-grandchildren, Michael, Kristopher Press, Jeffery, Dawn, Jeremy, Justin Wasmund, Kyleigh, Konnor Suesser, Zackary, Nickolas, Tyler Pfeffer; and also three great-great-grandchildren. Edward J. Kuebler Sr. Services were held Wednesday (June 19) at SS. Peter and Paul Church for Edward J. Kuebler Sr., 87, of Hamburg who died Friday, June 14, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Susan (Tobia); children, Marie (Thomas) Bindeman and Edward (Michelle) Kuebler, Jr.; sister, Margaret Theadore; and his grandchildren, E.J., Lauren and Michael Kuebler. Mr. Kuebler was a member of Bethlehem Steel Plant Museum and the U.S. Navy Armed Guard Association. He was a WWII Navy veteran. He was a roll turner at Bethlehem Steel. Ruth J. Jones Services were held Tuesday (June 18) at the Donald M. Demmerley Funeral Home for Ruth J. Jones, 84, of Hamburg who died Saturday, June 15, 2013. She is survived by her sibling, Bernice (Charles) Olin; nephew, James Olin. Miss Jones was predeceased by her parents, Laurence and Anna Jones. She worked in the Erie County Purchasing Department for 47 years. The burial was held Wednesday (June 19) in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Buffalo. Helen M. Fierle A Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday (June 18) at Blessed John Paul II Church for Helen M. (Mayer) Fierle, 99, of Lake View, who died Friday, June 14, 2013. She is survived by her children, Mark (Terry), Ralph (Mary Margaret), Dennis (Diane), and Timothy (Mary); siblings, Francis (David Weill) Mayer, Joelle (Late Donald) Lischer, Rosanne Mayer (John Siliciano); grandchildren, Nicole Fierle, Marisa (Steven) Hamvay, Amy (Thomas) Preston, Renee (Gregory) Edwards, Jason Fierle, Chad Fierle, Helena Fierle and Lewis Fierle; great-grandchildren, Chloe, Jack, Lauren and Ruth; also by nieces and nephews. Margaret H. Whittemore
Margaret H. (Humphreys) Whittemore, 68, passed away at home on Thursday, June 13, 2013 after her courageous struggle with COPD.
She is survived by her husband Bill Whittemore; siblings, Jack (Mary) Humphreys, Reba (Harry) Norris, Hellen (Butch) Himes, Eva (Bill) Vass, Carl and Henry Humphreys; also by many nieces and nephews and her dear “buddy” Herbie.
Mrs. Whittemore was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Ruth Humphreys; her sister, Mary Scott.
She was a member of American Legion Post No. 527 Ladies Auxiliary.

Angeline Monachino
Services were held Tuesday (June 18) at the Hamburg Chapel of the John J. Kaczor Funeral Home for Angeline (DiChristopher) Monachino, 90, of Lake View who died Saturday, June 15, 2013.
She is survived by her children, Susanne (Norbert) Woods and Joanna Monachino; siblings, Julia (late Joseph) DiPaolis, Lucy (Al) Neri, Jennie (Carmen) Sciandra, Alfred (Joy) DiChristopher and Rosemary (John) Slifka; grandchildren, Jennifer (Bill) O’Donnell; great-grandchildren Ryan and Morgan O’Donnell; also by nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Monachino was predeceased by her husband, Joseph V. Monachino; her sister Cassie (late Frank) Fabbiano.
She was a homemaker.
Entombment was held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

Sharon Ann Evans
Sharon Ann (Lango) Evans, 70, of Ft. Worth Texas, formally of Zephyr Hills, Florida and of Boston, NY died on Friday, May 24, 2013.
She is survived by her mother, Ethel Woodworth; brother, Lynn (Jean) Lango; five children; eight grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
She had been fighting a battle with cancer. She was an active bowler and loved her computer games.

John A. Cope
Services were held Thursday (June 13) at the Hamburg United Methodist Church for John A. Cope, 91, of Boston who died Sunday, June 9, 2013.
He is survived by his wife Delores (Madden); children, Jack (Barbara), Sandy (late Dom) Flumer, Dick (Gene), Jim (Sophie) and Barry (Katy) Cope; stepchildren, Susan (Roger) Haskell, Joe (Carol) Madden, and Eileen (Mike) Comerford; also by 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren
Mr. Cope is predeceased by his first wife Ida Maxine (George) Cope.
During WWII he served in the Army Medical Corps in Europe and was the recipient of the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He served in the Battle of the Bulge.
In 1985, Mr. Cope retired from National Fuel as treasurer of several of its subsidiaries after more than 35 years. He was a member of the Hamburg Masonic Lodge and the Ismalia Shrine, with more than 60 years as a Mason in his hometown in Pennsylvania. He was a member of the Hamburg United Methodist Church.
Memorials to Hospice or American Cancer Society. Burial in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens in Cranberry, Pa.

Audrey J. Pack
Services were held Tuesday (June 18) at SS. Peter & Paul Church for Audrey J. Pack, 85, of Hamburg, who died Friday, June 14, 2013.
She is survived by her siblings, Robert and George Pack and several nieces and nephews.
Miss Pack was predeceased by her parents Dr. Bentley and Wetona Pack.
She was a retired Eden School Teacher of 33 years, a volunteer at Literacy Volunteers and a volunteer at Hamburg Grade School of SS. Peter & Paul School.
Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Memorials to Hospice Foundation.

Eve C. Santa
Services were held Tuesday (June 18) at the John J. Kaczor Funeral Home for Eve C. Santa of Hamburg, who passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2013.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel Santa; son, Brandon; parents; Frank and Barbara Santa; sister, Sylvia (David) Pierson; and also by a loving family and many dear friends.
Mrs. Santa was the owner of Custom Hair Cuts in Hamburg.
Interment in Lakeside Memorial Cemetery.
