SANDOVAL, William P. “Mexican Bill” passed away Oct. 4, 2013.
Born on March 5, 1952 he served in the US Army and worked as a self employed concrete contractor.

BYER, John P., 90, of Pendleton passed away Oct. 10, 2013.
Byer was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII and served in the Pacific Theater of Operations.
Beloved husband of Shirley E. (nee Hultberg) Byer; loving father of Candace (William) Mast, Sandra (Joseph) Zimmer and Gale (Roger) Palmer; cherished grandfather of five grandsons and four step-grandchildren; caring brother of Sr. Veronica Byer O.S.B., Catherine (Stanley) Minarski, Victor (late Joan) Byer, Jr., Victoria (Louis) Klark and predeceased by seven sisters and brothers; also survived by nieces and nephews.

BLOCK, Jean D. passed away after a long illness at Buffalo General Hospital.
She was born in North Tonawanda on May 29, 1935 to the late Richard and Genève (Kupack) Garcia.
Jean has called Lockport home for the past 60 years. She was known as a devoted caregiver, not only in her work, but most importantly caring for friends and family.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Block of Lockport; three sisters; Michelle (Paul) Waild, Pat Chambers and Rose. Jean is also survived by many nieces and nephews including Mark Madden, Chad and Kyle Fetterhoff, Ted and Arron Pazik.

REYNOLDS, Bruce M., 84, of Niagara Falls passed away Oct. 5, 2013.
Beloved husband of Joan M. (nee Trapasso) Reynolds: dear father of Bruce (Sally) Reynolds, Jr., Karen Smith, Dennis (Michele) Reynolds, Keith (Justine) Reynolds and Sidney Reynolds Solley; grandfather of numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; step-father of David (Diana) Cleveley; brother of Charles (Faith) Reynolds, Jeanette (Thomas) Steele and the late Calvin Reynolds, Ernest Reynolds and Jewell Sommerville. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
