Jason Baines, 27, of Dunlop Avenue, Buffalo was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
According to a police report, an officer paced the offender’s vehicle at 90 mph. The offender stated that he didn’t think he was speeding and was weaving because his steering wheel was loose. The offender stated that he was coming from his friend’s house on Maryvale Drive where he had a couple of beers and a shot and was driving home. The offender attempted several sobriety tests of which he failed.
Criminal possession of a controlled substance
Steven Busch, 44, of Iroquois Avenue, Lancaster and Daniel Davis, 39, of Mapleton Road, Lockport were arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to a police report, the offender was pulled over because the driver’s view was obstructed. The officer initiated a traffic stop and observed a marijuana cigarette on the floor in the back seat of the vehicle. Both offenders were placed under arrest. Davis also had a baggie with crack residue in his pocket.
Gregory Bongiovanni, 47, of Genesee Street, Perry was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to a police report, the officer observed the offender swerve from the left lane into the center lane with both drivers side tires crossing the dotted lines. While the offender was looking for his documents, the officer noticed Chore Boy, which is commonly used to filter narcotics on the driver’s side floorboard and also on the rear floorboard. The offender appeared to be extremely nervous while looking for his documents and was visibly shaking. The offender was only able to produce his license. The offender kept giving inconsistent stories to the officer and appeared to be increasingly nervous. The officer found a crack cocaine pipe in the vehicle. The offender was placed under arrest.
Alfredo Alvarado, 32, of Tamarack Street, Buffalo was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
According to a police report, the offender was pulled over for a traffic violation. While speaking with the offender, the officer detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverage. The offender performed several sobriety tests, of which he failed. The offender was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters.
Criminal possession of marijuana
Robert Kazmierczak, 56, of Goethe Street, Buffalo was arrested for criminal possession of marijuana.
According to a police report, officers responded to a sports bar and grill for a report of a male smoking marijuana inside the bar. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with the bartender who pointed to the offender sitting at the bar and informed the officer that the offender recently lit a pipe with marijuana while sitting at the bar. The officer smelled burnt marijuana and approached the offender. The officer saw in plain view, a pipe with burnt marijuana sitting on the bar counter. The officer escorted the offender outside where he was arrested and searched. A baggie of marijuana was found inside the offender’s left pocket of his pants.
Michael Pearce, 47, of Meadowlawn Road, Cheektowaga was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
According to a police report, the offender was pulled over for doing 45 in a 35 mph zone. The officer smelled a strong odor of alcoholic beverage and observed that the offender’s speech was slurred and his eyes were glassy. The driver did admit to consuming alcohol prior to driving. He performed several sobriety tests, of which he failed. He was arrested and transported to police headquarters.
Unlawful possession of marijuana
Errick Roseboro, 19, of Mapleview Road, Cheektowaga was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to a police report, the offender was pulled over for crossing the double yellow lines and for not wearing his seatbelt. During a pat down, the officer felt a strange bulge on the outside of the offender’s right leg. The officer asked what it was and the offender admitted it was marijuana. The offender was arrested and placed in the police car.
Robert Huebert, 32, of Gardenvillage Drive, Cheektowaga was arrested for petit larceny.
According to a police report, officers were dispatched to the Dollar General for a larceny in progress. The offender left the store as officers were responding. Officers arrive on scene and located the offender still walking in the Gardenvillage Plaza parking lot. The offender was detained and searched for stolen merchandise. The offender possessed the property on his person. The offender was placed under arrest for the charge. The Red Bull was returned to the store. The Monster Energy Drink was partially consumed by the offender.
Ryan Janus, 30, of Union Road, Depew was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
According to a police report, the offender was pulled over for driving erratically. The offender stated that he had one or two beers at home, then stated he was coming from Yings and had two beers at Yings and a restaurant and at home. The offender was asked to perform several sobriety tests of which he failed. A DMV check of offender’s license revealed an interlock device restriction for a prior DWI. The officer did not observe an interlock device in the vehicle and the offender stated he did not have one installed in the vehicle. The offender was transported to police headquarters.
