Patrick K. Sawers, 34, Stenzil Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested April 1 for endangering the welfare of a child. Sawers was involved in a domestic incident with a female at the Tops on Niagara Street, while a child was present.
He was held for court.
Harold L. Eichorst, 51, Young Street, Tonawanda, was arrested April 4 for criminal obstruction of breathing - choking. Eichorst was involved in an altercation with a female on Youngs Street. He was held for court.
Gregory J. Loomis, 56, 91st Street, Niagara Falls, was arrested April 4 for DWI; driving with a conditional license; imprudent speed; refusal to take breath test; following too closely; and failure to use designated lane. Loomis caused a four car accident on the Seymour Street Bridge when he rear-ended a car.
Brian M. Diebel, 22, Bird Avenue, Buffalo, surrendered on a warrant for harassment in the second degree on Friday, April 5. This was a result on an incident that occurred Dec. 16. He was held for court.
Brigid M. Buseman, 22, and her husband, Thomas Buseman, 23, both of Erie Avenue, Tonawanda, were arrested April 5 for endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Thomas was additionally charged with possession of a weapon. The couple was charged after a domestic incident that occurred in front of a child.
Kyle V. Tessier, 19, Simpson Street, Tonawanda, was arrested and pulled over by law enforcement April 5 for crossing the center line while driving, and during the traffic stop marijuana was found. He was also charged with possession of marijuana.
Melinda L. Zdeb, 40, Mallory Road, Tonawanda, was arrested April 5 for DWI, aggravated DWI, and driving left of pavement markings. Zdeb was observed crossing the double yellow lines on Delaware and she failed her field tests. BAC was .21, she was held for court.
Michael G. Whitney, 48, East Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested April 6 for harassment in the second degree. Whitney shoved an employee who works at the McDonalds at 10 Main St., City of Tonawanda, because the drive through window was closed at 1:12 a.m. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Lakara E. Brewer, 27, Ward Road, North Tonawanda, was arrested April 6 for DWI; driving with a BAC or .08 or higher; criminal possession of a controlled substance; passing a red light; and unsafe lane change. Brewer was seen driving erratically on Seymour Street. She had lortab pills in her possession that were out of the bottle, and her BAC was .14. Brewer was held for court.
Jill M. Chapman, 35, Fairway Lane, Grand Island, was arrested April 7 for DWI; driving without a license; refusal to take breath test; and speeding.
Chapman was stopped on the Twin City Highway for driving 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. She was held for court.
Steven C. Morris, Jr., 27, was arrested March 26 for unlawful imprisonment in the second degree; harassment in the second degree-physical contact; unlawful possession of marijuana; and menacing in the third degree.
William M. Moline, 31, was arrested March 29 for disobeying a mandated stay away order and aggravated harassment in the second degree.
Ryan Howard, 28, was arrested March 29 for possession of a controlled substance in a non original container.
James M. Hall, was arrested March 30 for driving while intoxicated - first offense, and speeding.

Ryan C. Bergman, 25, was arrested March 30 for criminal obstriction of breathing, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and harassment in the second degree - physical contact.
Rachel Lowery, 19, was arrested April 1 for aggravated harassment in the second degree.
Robert R. Elliott, Jr., 40, was arrested for aggravated harassment in the second degree.
Jamie L. O’Neill, 23, was arrested April 3 for driving while intoxicated - first offense, equipment violation - no/inadequate lights, and refusal to take breath test.
Richard D. Tracy, 28, was arrested April 3 for aggravated harassment in the second degree.
