Tonawanda police reports for the week of Oct. 10

Dequan R. Hughes, 19, was charged with unlawful possession of marihuana, operating a motor vehicle on a public highway while using a mobile phone and for not wearing a seat belt.
Thomas C. Bator, 44, was charged with petit larceny and for having possession of an open container in public.
Nicholas R. Darnell, 29, was charged with three counts of issuing a bad check with known insufficient funding and for fourth-degree grand larceny.
Ryan Nelson, 33, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment for communicating in a manor likely to cause alarm.
Donn Sherry, 39, was charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree menacing for having a weapon.
Sean D. Bromley, 36, was charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury.
A Kenmore Police Officer observed a suspicious vehicle on Delaware Avenue in the Village of Kenmore. When confronting the operator of the vehicle, David Martin of Depew, the officer noticed signs of intoxication. Martin was charged with driving while intoxicated after failing several roadside sobriety tests and was found to have a blood alcohol content of .25 percent, more than three times the legal limit.
Jesse J. Trapasso, 31, of Bryant Street, North Tonawanda was charged with petit larceny.
Evan J. Thompson, 24, of 9th Avenue, North Tonawanda was charged with rape and sexual abuse.
Andre V. Mangham, 31, of Military Road, Tonawanda was charged with second-degree harassment.
Jill A. Pufpaff, 44, of Vandervoort Street, North Tonawanda was charged with petit larceny.
City of Tonawanda
Ryan Arnold, 24, of Fletcher Street, City of Tonawanda was charged with possession of marijuana.
Matthew Szalczewski, 24, of Millersport Highway, Williamsville was charged with petit larceny.
Dennis Lawlor, II, 26, of Oelkers Street, North Tonawanda was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Abrahiem Ashford, 26, of Shultz Street, Niagara Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing to take a breath test and for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was issued a ticket for passing a red light and for driving to the left of pavement markings.
Michael Czajka, 34, of Raymond Ave., Cheektowaga was charged with driving while intoxicated, moving from a lane unsafely, failing to use designated lane and no/inadequate lights.
Town of Tonawanda
Vickyann L. Arent was charged with driving while intoxicated. She failed five field sobriety tests, tested positive on a roadside breath screening and was issued five traffic tickets.
Rebecca Reed was charged with driving while. She refused her roadside screening device and sobriety tests and was issued five traffic tickets.
Dennis R. Walker was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unsafe turn/failure to signal and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $350 and he was issued two traffic tickets.
Andrew J. Mycek was charged with driving while intoxicated. He failed two field sobriety tests, three of four out-of-vehicle tests, tested positive on a roadside breathalyzer and was issued four traffic tickets.
