New full-time officer added to Evans Police Department

At the Feb. 6 Evans Town Board meeting, the board passed a resolution to hire Frederick Garrasi III as a full-time police officer to the Evans Police Department.

Garrasi had been working for the department as a part-time officer.

Also hired that night, as part-time public safety dispatchers, to be called as needed, were Eric Hamilton and Michael Conti. Pictured is Garrasi being welcomed to the department by Evans Police Chief Ernest Masullo.
