Police Log for The Tonawandas/Kenmore for the week of Sunday, Oct. 14

Brandon J. Goergen, 18, Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Oct. 4 for a violation of probation. Bail was set at $250.
Phillip Bayley, 36, Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara Falls, was arrested Oct. 4 for a city ordinance violation. Bail was set at $100.
Jason L. Hill, 31, Windspear Avenue, Buffalo, turned himself in on a warrant for criminal contempt in the second degree on Oct. 5.
Jose L. Madera, 44, Prospect Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Oct. 6 for harassment in the second degree.
Anna C. Bongiovanni, 29, Follette Lane, Tonawanda, was arrested Oct. 6 for DWI, driving while ability impaired by drugs and failure to use designated lane. BAC was .05, Bongiovanni was taken for a blood test.

Matthew W. Rowland, 38, Clinger Avenue, Tonawanda, was arrested twice on Oct. 4 for multiple infractions.
At 10:06 a.m. Rowland was arrested during a domestic incident that involved his family members. He broke a door and was threatening to hit family members with a guitar.
He was charged with criminal mischief, menacing in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child ad harassment.
He was then taken to the station at approximately 10:20 a.m. for booking and got into an altercation with police officers.
Rowland attempted to poke a detective in the eye and was kicking and scratching another officer on duty.
He was additionally charged with attempting to assault a police officer and obstruction of governmental administration.
Juventino Castro, Jr., 23, North Street, Buffalo, was arrested on a bench warrant for a DWI Oct. 4.
Dennis B. Wisholiek, 41, Upper Mountain Road, Lockport, surrendered on a housing violation warrant. He was held for court.
Ashley J. Frazier, 24, 104st Street, Niagara Falls, surrendered on a warrant for suspended registration on Oct. 9. All fines paid.
Timothy J. Denney, 46, Adams Street, Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant for harassment in the second degree on Oct. 9. He was held for court.
Derrik J. Ford, 21, Chipman Place, North Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant for suspended registration on Oct. 9. All fines paid.
Glenn R. Wienckowski, 31, Maple Street, Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant for aggravated harassment on Oct. 9. He was held for court.
Daniel J. Delaney, 25, West Avemue, Buffalo, was arrested on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree on Oct. 9. All fines paid.
Daniel J. Egan, 21, Paul Drive, Amherst, surrendered on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed Oct. 9. All fines paid.
Jayson J. Wynkoop, 21, Old Falls Boulevard, surrendered on two warrants Oct. 9. Wynkoop had a warrants out for his arrests for possession of marijuana and traffic violations. He was held for court.
Mark P. Ernst, 53, Lafayette Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Oct. 9 for trespassing.
Ernst was found hanging out on the CSX Railroad near Main Street. He later started a small fire, which he said he did “in order to waste time.” He was released on an appearance ticket.
Michael D. Mazaika, 33, Broad Street, Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant for assault in the third degree and choking on Oct. 9. He was held for court.
James A. Maygar, 50, was arrested Oct.1 for DWI, operating an unregistered motor vehicle on the highway, passing through a red light and refusal to take breath test.
Jacmel Dearmas, 35, was arrested Oct. 1 for criminal mischief - intent to damage property, assault in the third degree - intent to cause physical injury and acting in a manner that injures a child less than 17.
Adam Tortorice, 21, was arrested Oct. 1 for criminal possession of marijuana - fifth degree and remaining in the park after hours.
John G. Podmore, 20, was arrested Oct. 1 for unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance and remain in the park after hours.
Michael F. Scuto, 64, was arrested Oct. 1 for harassment in the second degree - physical contact and menacing in the third degree.
Vincent R. DeJesus, 21, was arrested by KPD Oct. 2 for petit larceny.
Richard C. Berry, 53, was arrested Oct. 2 for petit larceny.
Barry V. Johnson, 54, was arrested Oct. 2 for petit larceny.
Frank Annarino, was arrested by KPD Oct. 2 for aggravated harassment in the second degree.
Andre A. Hall, 33, was arrested Oct. 2 for criminal contempt in the first degree - violating an order of protection and aggravated harassment.
Alison A. Altrogge, 25, was arrested Oct. 3 for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operation a motor vehicle as an unlicensed driver and operating a vehicle without insurance.
Melanie J. Link, 30, was arrested Oct. 4 for operating a vehicle without a license, aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and operating vehilce without an inspection certificate.
Keith A. Funderburk, 24, was arrested Oct. 5 for operating a vehicle without a license, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, and failure to stop at stop sign.
