The caller stated the victim was no longer in the residence. Randolph said he suspected she was in the residence hiding because she allegedly had a warrant out for her arrest in Orleans County.

While searching the residence, they could smell a strong odor of marijuana in multiple rooms.
Police located Christopher Wright in his bedroom and he allegedly admitted to patrol he had marijuana.
He handed them a green leafy vegetable substance.
He also told police there was more in a safe, and opened it for them.

Nikita T. Jones, 24, 62 Gabriel Dr., Apt. A, Lockport was charged Wednesday with third-degree attempted assault and second-degree coercion.
Officers were dispatched to Gabriel Drive for a disturbance outside a residence between a male and female.
Patrol observed a female crying and only wearing jeans and a pink tank top.
The male party was known to be Jones and he was backing away from the female. A black sweatshirt was observed lying on the front stoop outside the door.
The victim stated the night prior she had a domestic incident with Jones where the police became involved. She refused to pursue charges at that time and Jones agreed to leave for the night.
The victim said that day she was walking to pick up her infant son when Jones allegedly approached her and caught her off guard. Jones reportedly began yelling, cursing and demanded to see his son.
She said she was scared and began to back off and advised him that she was calling to police and pulled out her cell phone.
The victim said as she brought the phone to her face Jones yelled “no you’re not” and smacked the phone from her hand and struck her face in the process.
She was then allegedly grabbed by Jones and dragged to the side of the building and her head was slammed against a brick wall. The victim said her head was hit with such impact she “saw stars.”
The victim said Jones then allegedly ripped her sweatshirt from her body and picked her up and slammed her to the ground.
She also said Jones only stopped as a result of the sirens being heard and when he saw a patrol car.
Officers spoke to a witness who descried the event exactly as the victim did.
