January 19
Assault
Carl H. Hickey, 38, Hill Place, Tonawanda, was arrested Jan. 19 for assault in the second degree (Felony), and endangering the welfare of a child. Hickey was involved in an altercation with a male on Hill Place.
It was later determined that Hickey had an outstanding warrant out of Pheonix, AZ, for forgery. Law enforcement in Pheonix wants to extradite Hickey.
He was held for court in City of Tonawanda jail.
Endangerment
Krystle J. Hoffmann, 26, Baxter Street, Buffalo, was arrested Jan. 19 for endangering the welfare of a child.
Hoffmann was involved in a domestic incident with a male while children were in the home. She was held for court.
January 20
DWI
Kenneth L. Alexander, Jr., 20, St. John’s Parkway, Niagara Falls, was arrested for DWI, driving with a BAC of more than .08, and speeding. Alexander was stopped for speeding on Main Street, Tonawanda, he failed his field tests, and his BAC was .15.
He was held for court.
Felony DWI
Walter L. Richart, 30, Eggert Road, Tonawanda, was arrested Jan. 20 for felony DWI, driving while intoxicated, making an improper left turn, and driving left of pavement markings. Richart was stopped on Youngs Street, Tonawanda.
He refused to take the roadside breath test. Richart received a previous conviction in June, 2006 from North Tonawanda.
January 21
Possession
Michael P. Acanfora, 26, Clearfield Drive, Williamsville, was arrested Jan. 21 for possession of marijuana. During a traffic stop on Ellicott Creek Road it was determined that Acanfora had marijuana in his vehicle.
A baggie of marijuana and a pipe was turned over to the police.
January 22
DWI
Justin K. Currie, 23, Sunnydale Drive, Niagara Falls, was arrested Jan. 22 for DWI, driving with a BAC of more than .08, and speeding. Currie was stopped for speeding on Main Street, Tonawanda. His BAC was. 16.

who surrendered
on a warrant
•John L. Sartori, 48, Robin Road, Amherst, was arrested on a warrant for petit larceny Jan. 15. Sartori was involved in an incident that occurred Nov. 29, during which he allegedly stole meat from Tops on Niagara Street.
•Savannah E. Daugherty, 19, was arrested on a warrant for harassment Jan. 16. She was turned over to the City of Tonawanda from the Niagara Falls Police Department.
•Eric M. Edin, 22, Manerva Street, Tonawanda, was arrested on a bench warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree Jan. 18. He was turned over to the City of Tonawanda from the Niagara County Sheriff’s Department.
•Nicholas L. Frank, 27, Adam Street, Tonawanda, was arrested on two warrants for petit larceny.
He was turned over to the City of Tonawanda from Town of Tonawanda Police on Jan. 20.
•Joseph O’Neil, 22, Mang Avenue, Kenmore, surrenders on a warrant Jan. 22 aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.
All fines were paid.
•Trey A Petrina, 21, Niagara Street, Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant Jan.22 for criminal mischief.
All fines paid.
•Ethan J. Shell, 21, Niagara Falls Boulevard, Niagara Falls, surrendered on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.
All fines paid.
•Amber C. Okon, 22, Rumble Avenue, North Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant for harassment in the second degree.
She was held for court.

Tampering
Jeremiah D. Wilson, 34, was arrested by Kenmore Police, Jan. 15, for disobeying a mandated stay way order, tampering with a witness in the fourth degree, and aggravated harassment in the second degree - communication in a manner likely to cause alarm.
January 16
Larceny
Amber L. Triscari, 37, was arrested Jan. 16 for petit larceny .
January 17
Harassment
Maria Murphy, 42, was arrested for harassment in the second degree - physical contact.
January 18
Possession
Raymond L. Cruz, 27, was arrested Friday, Jan. 18 for criminal possession of stolen property, resisting arrest, petit larceny, and burglary in the third degree - illegal entry with intent to commit a crime.
Possession
Nijia S. Porter, 19, was arrested Jan. 18 for criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree and petit larceny.

Randolph Mack, 46, was arrested for criminal mischief with intent to damage property, and harassment in the second degree - physical contact.
