Police log for Clarence for week of Sunday, June 30

Jason D. Lang, 29, of Batavia, was arrested by SP Clarence on Transit Road in the Town of Clarence for petit larceny from a building. He was held.
Joseph Rankin, 20, of Clarence, was arrested by SP Clarence in the Town of Clarence for petit larceny for shoplifting. He was issued an appearance ticket to return to town court at a later date.
David L. Koch, 26 of Hamburg, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, first offense by SP Clarence. He was issued an appearance ticket and will return to town court at a later date.
Latonya S. Mullen, 28, of Eaton Street, Buffalo, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.
Aroun 12:10 p.m., a trooper working on SP Clarence patrol stopped a vehicle that was operated by Mullen for speeding in a construction work zone.
A check of Mullen’s license through the DMV showed only an expired ID and no license. The check also revealed an outstanding aggravated unlicensed operation third bench warrant from the Town of Hamburg Court.
She was turned over to the Hamburg Police Department for arraignment in the Town of Hamburg Court on the bench warrant.
