Bryanne T. Bauer, 28, Hinds Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Jan. 14 for DWI, failure to stop at stop sign, and driving with an expired license.

Bauer was observed at Erie Avenue and Wheeler Street where she failed to stop at the stop sign.

She failed her field tests and refused to take the roadside breath test.

She was held for court.
