DWI
Joseph J. Sledz, 22, of Lancaster, was stopped for passing a red light on Harris Hill Road in the Town of Clarence. Investigation at the scene revealed that he had been drinking and under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to the SP Clarence Station where he was processed and recorded a .08% BAC. Sledz was released to appear in the Town of Clarence Court on Feb. 5.

Harrassment
Jeffrey Pastore, 49, of Williamsville was arrested in the Town of Clarence for harassment, second degree, physical contact. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Theft
State Police in Clarence are looking for assistance in identifying three black females who stole more than a thousand dollars worth of glasses from Sears at their Eastern Hills Store late summer.
The glasses were all Ray Ban Sunglasses.
