Tony Kenny's Irish Cabaret coming to Hamburg area

Tony Kenny’s Irish Celebration Cabaret, starring Tony Kenny, one of Ireland’s greatest singers, direct from Dublin, is coming to Hamburg on March 7 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Parish Social Center, located at 4263 St. Francis Dr., in Athol Springs. Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m., and there is free parking available near the school.
The Irish Cabaret is a spectacular showcase of Irish entertainment at its very best, captivating audiences with a unique blend of music, song, laughter and dance. It stars Tony Kenny, one of Ireland’s most beloved singers. Joining Tony on stage will be Irish comedian Gene Fitzpatrick, award winning singer and dancer Victoria Kenny and one of Ireland’s best folk bands, The Dublin Trinity. Some of Ireland’s best dancers will also perform.
The setting will be cabaret style, and each ticket includes a corned beef or roast beef dinner with all of the trimmings and beer, wine and pop throughout the evening.
Proceeds from the performance will benefit the the Franciscan Center located in South Buffalo. The center provides a home-like atmosphere for young men in need. The goal is to afford each youth the opportunity to mature in body, mind and spirit giving the young men the ability to live independently and to lead a productive life.
Father Joe Bayne, director of the Franciscan Center, noted, “what a great way to kick-off the St. Patrick’s Day season with a show directly from Ireland and it can be enjoyed by the entire family.”
