Thursday October 25, 2012 | By:Sun Staff |
Cradle Beach will hold a special celebration at Salvatore’s Italian Gardens on Saturday, Nov. 3, to showcase programs and services offered at Cradle Beach to local children.
The evening will also feature a ceremony to name several individuals as Cradle Beach Legends. The black-tie optional inaugural Gala is being chaired by Amanda and Russell Salvatore, Jr., and will feature live music by Mark Mazue and The Little Big Band, a five-course gourmet dinner, open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and a live and silent auction.
The night will also feature a recognition of our legends, those individuals, businesses, corporations and foundations that have had a long relationship with Cradle Beach and helped it become a year-around organization with three programs serving nearly 1,000 children annually.
Inductees include Peg Cornelius, DiTondo’s Tavern, Ann Didio-Harbin, The Fatta Foundation, SEFCU and James McHugh (posthumously).
Those interested in purchasing a ticket can contact Diane Martorana, director of corporate relations, at 549-6307, ext, 208 or email dmartorana@cradlebeach.org.
