Sacred Heart/Nativity win St. Francis Elementary Baseball Tournament

DIAMOND GEMS — Members of the Sacred Heart/Nativity Baseball team, which took home top honors at the annual St. Francis High School Elementary School Tournament.
More than 100 elementary school baseball players participated in the annual week-long elementary school baseball tournament recently hosted by St. Francis High School of Athol Springs.

The Sacred Heart/Nativity baseball team took home top honors, after defeating the team from Saints Peter & Paul. St. Mary’s of Lancaster placed third. Will Carlone of Sacred Heart/Nativity was named the tournament’s most valuable player.
