If you’re looking for the perfect way to celebrate Halloween and all things that go bump in the night look no further because The Palace Theatre has got you covered.
This event is sure to be one of the biggest Halloween parties this year in Hamburg.
To celebrate the scariest night of the year, The Palace will show “Spider Baby” at 10 p.m.
The 1968 black comedy and horror film is about a caretaker who devotes himself to three demented adults after their father’s death.
The film was written and directed by Jack Hill. The independent film was shot in 12 days with a budget of $65,000.
“The Rocky Horror Picture Show” will also be showing on Saturday, Oct. 31 at midnight.
Those interested in attending the showing of the film are requested to wear their Halloween attire for the venue’s costume contest.
A pre-show event will start at 11 p.m. Those who dress-up as the characters featured in the film will be given free movie passes. There will be a special fire breather performance and other pre-show activities as well.
The Palace Theatre is located at 31 Buffalo St. in the Village of Hamburg.
